Tassie's famous Cradle Mountain.
The day we planned to go here, it was pouring rain & very foggy, so we made some major detours to our plans and came back a few days later, and although it wasn't raining on the day we ended up going, there was lots of low lying clouds & the mountain wasn't visible at all. I was so disappointed. We decided to make the most of it & walked around Dove Lake & then up to Lake Wilks. By the time we spent the few hours doing that, the cloud had lifted & I was able to get a couple of good shots with Dove Lake & the boathouse included as well.
So as you've probably gathered, and being Wednesday & all.....this is one of my fav older shots as part of my "Wind-Back Wednesday" theme.
