Iandra Castle

A new sign that I haven't seen before that I noticed the other day on one of my drives.

Iandra Castle is an interesting place with a lot of history. Unfortunately it's impossible to get photos of the castle from the roadside, as there's too many trees & bushes that obstruct the view. The only way in is to get a personal invite (not likely to happen... haha), or to attend one of the open days, which I did a few years ago & you can see a shot of the castle here - https://365project.org/leggzy/365/2016-09-25

You'll have to keep your ears open for the next open day. It would be fun to see how much it has changed or improved over the last 5 years. At least we know it has a new sign!

I checked out your castle shot and the castle, though not big and grand looks lovely with beautiful architecture. Sad you can't have a look while on your walk.
