Yes I know this is somewhat unusual for a landlocked country. But Switzerland has a long tradition of civilian navigation, both on our lakes AND on the high seas. The Rhine port of Basel connects Switzerland to the Port of Rotterdam and thus to the sea trade network. But still it is a rar sight, so thanks for sharing this pic. Mona (from Switzerland).
