Fledged Already?

Can this be a young Blackbird already? Seems early for Shetland but there were two adult birds very agitated nearby.

We have also young birds in our garden. It‘s very early. We have young blackbirds and young sparrows. The young starlings are still in the nest, but I look forward, when they will leave it.
