The entrance to the walking trails in my neighborhood has a pretty display of wildflowers this spring. I was particularly glad to see our state flower, Bluebonnets, with the orange Indian Paintbrush and the pink Evening Primroses all in the same area.
What a wonderful mix - our interstate median is seeded with the Evening Primroses in our area - beautiful this time of year. Been watching the tornado touch down about 20 miles west of Ozark - too close when you're this far away. Delaying my trip home a day to try to miss it heading this way tomorrow. Looking at these, you'd think not a trouble in the world!
@olivetreeann@pamknowler@ludwigsdiana Thank you so much for your comments and faves! @365karly1@littleconnie Thank you for your comments, I appreciate them! My thanks to everyone putting this on the TP and PP pages, such a nice surprise this morning.
@mave@gijsje@nicolecampbell Thank you! It would be wonderful to take a blanket to that field and have a picnic! It’s going to have to warm up though, and the wind is going to have to stop blowing!
