Morisot married Impressionist Painter Edouard Manet’s brother Eugene. They had one child, their daughter Julie. Morisot painted Julie many times, as did her artist friends. Top right is Julie and her father. Bottom right Julie is in mourning for her father. Morisot passed away just three years later from pneumonia. She was quoted as telling Julie “you have beauty and money, use them well”.
