It’s a “Southern” thing

Cotton is the main farming crop in the southern states of the USA. Enterprising craftsmen make cotton boll angels at Christmastime. This sweet cotton boll angel came from Georgia, you can’t get any more “southern” than Georgia. Smile.

Funny what you learn on 365. I was born and raised in GA and have never heard of a cotton ball ornament nor have I seen one.
