Our street is being replaced and there is no access to our mailbox so the mail lady pulled up on our driveway to bring our mail to the door. Jerry grabbed an umbrella and went out to collect the mail so she wouldn’t have to get out in the pouring rain (over 8” in the last 36 hours). I had a lovely surprise in the mail, a hand painted postcard from granddaughter Cadence, telling me she loved me and would see me soon. ❤️
@happypat buying vitamins on line! The smaller box was fun, Jerry had ordered some honey from Central Texas, and paid a lot for it. When we opened the box it had a little 8 ounce jar of whipped honey inside. I’m going to have to start reviewing his online orders before he places them. Ha!
your half/half photo is very nice and even nicer and very gallant of your husband. but what caught me was your new profile photo. looking good, law! aces!
@ingrid01@onewing@bigmxx@joansmor@carole_sandford@koalagardens@milaniet@pcoulson@carolmw@santina@ludwigsdiana@beryl@annied@grammyn@gijsje thank you all so much for your lovely comments. Cadence is carrying a heavy load right now. Her mom is working at the children’s hospital in Fort Worth, her step dad’s company has shut down for the time being due to Covid; she is finishing up her sophomore year at college, nursing major; and she’s helping to home school her little brother. All of that and to still take the time to paint me a postcard! She’s a doll! Jerry is a gentleman, his mother raised him right. Smile.
