I’ve decorated for Christmas well over 60 years and I’ve never used “snow” and white lights. Needless to say, I have a lot to learn, but for now I’m going to just enjoy the “look” this gave my Santa collection on my China cabinet. I am sure I was supposed to hide the light cord and punch he lights through the snow. 😊 There’s always next year!

I called her and we talked about snow blankets snd lights. She said it’s very tedious to work the lights through the snow, we decided a peg board (the ones you hang in your work shop with pegs through holes for your tools) should work to put over the lights and pull them through the holes. So next Christmas I will buy a piece of peg board! Ha. Thank you so much for your wonderful comments, I’m glad you like my Santas. They are getting old, a few have chips, one even broke in two one year and is glued back together. But I love all of them anyway. Many of my friends are decorating early this year, and saying the same thing I did about the decorations just make us feel better!
So pretty. It's wonderful you have this special collection to enjoy year after year. Photographers are creative people so it's fun for us to create something new!
It looks very wintery and festive. I've always intertwined mine with greens. But I don't really think it matters whether they're on the top or underneath- the light looks pretty either way!
