“Granny, I’m bringing you some eggs.”

Granddaughter Haley is a banker during the day and a farm girl when she gets home. She said the small brown eggs are from her young hen, the green ones from her one eyed hen and the large ones are turkey eggs. It will be great to have fresh eggs this week.

@eudora The ones I used to get from my co-teacher who also had chickens were blue, green and brown- and they all had yellow yolks.

I love this collection- it makes me miss the ones I used to get from Jane when we taught together. Although she didn't have turkey eggs. They look pretty big!
