This is still a very nice image. If you still have your old camera you could use it when you need to have the zoom range and use this one for everything else.
Ah, I've been to Boulders Beach. I remember it so well. The kids were little, and we stayed in a rented house in Fish Hoek, overlooking False Bay, called 'Whale of a Time'. And we did have a whale of a time. This is a beautiful photo and brings back lots of very happy memories for me. Thank you.
I am still hanging on to my bridge camera because it takes the best moon shots- even better than my zoom on the T3i. I use my zoom for other things- like bird shots- but the Powershot will always be the go-to moon camera! This is still a nice shot- the color is beautiful!
@jyokota@kwiksilver@louannwarren@marlboromaam@njmom3@ljmanning@dutchothotmailcom@jgpittenger@rickster549 Thanks everyone, I am very happy with the camera and other lenses. I got the Canon IS 70-300. I guess I am just spoilt with the range of the Lumix, especially for birding. I also do not like the idea of having to change lenses when I need to get closer shots. This is a first for me, and I was not aware of the differences. I will try to change the lens for a Tamron 16-300 :-)
Lovely shot
But still: zebra, lions, penguins? What's next?
That water though...
They look as though they are having a beach party.
