In the streets of Oamaru, NZ this was parked in the Historical part of town which suited this vintage style of vehicle. It is a Clemente, I think. It was Sunday and the Farmer's Market was at the other end of this street and much busier. Selling new potatoes, German breads, fresh eggs, cheeses, including cheese rolls and coffee of course!
The car and consequent title was nicely recognised by Phil - @phil_howcroft
Three good things;
1. A little further up this street there is an icecream shop called Deja Moo and I had a salted caramel one - divine!
2. We didn't have coffee
3. Attempted to play both parts of a piano duet together - it didn't work!
@maggiemae maggie it has a very chitty chitty bang bang feel, but chitty chitty bang bang had a back seat row for the children...Jeremy and Jemima (just googled that)
We just watched Chitty Chitty Bang Bang a week or so ago! One of my childhood favorites and now my children's! We had mentioned, while watching it, that it would be so cool to see/own an old car like that. And here one is! Perfect timing! Thank you!
Love the pov and the processing, and the framing of the head of the person in the car--and although I don't often find cars interesting, this is really beautiful. Fav for me!
