Exeter Cathedral by maggiemae

Exeter Cathedral

Not exactly! But this is a really fancy gingerbread house made by some very clever guys who run a luxury lodge here in Oamaru. They make a new one every Christmas.

Three Good things:
1. There are no mice around in this place.
2. Its totally edible but I'm not going to ruin the structure.
3. I would like to win something - just for once!
Now that took some talent

We make a homemade gingerbread house each year and it turns out wonderful every time. Love this grand one! I'll have to show it to my husband and tell him to step up his game (he's the gingerbread man here). :)
