These guys treat their old Indian motorbikes with such reverence. Even given a polishing cloth in the goodie bags that are part of this yearly rally. Some wonderful old bikes!
Three good things;
1. A guy travelled over 50k to deliver John's lost jacket to him at this site, a camping ground in Lower Hutt!
2. Our breakfasts and dinners are provided in this rally - about 70 participants.
3. The reception area which was quite modern and huge had two dear wee turtles in a large tank.
What a wonderful candid shot of these two chaps deep in discussion over the bike. I bet they have some great stories to tell!! How kind of the chap to deliver John's jacket back to him - I bet he was thrilled!! Fav for this fab B&W image!!
Love the light shine through the guys beard....all those textures, tyre treads & creased jeans show up beautufully in this HDR ish shot....fave maggiemae! Hooray for the guy who brought the jacket back....hope he was suitably impressed meeting the great mans son!!
@happypat I had it in colour and it wasn't really noticeable so with the thought that people look better in B&W, I changed it and it seemed to have more character!
What a lovely gesture to have that gentleman come that far to return John's jacket. Not everyone would have even give that idea a second thought. This is a wonderful and candid shot. Like how the light highlights that beard.....
Fun shot- you might be surprised but we have friends who look very much like this! One does ride a bike (a Harley) and the other doesn't. Silly information to add to the comment, "Great black and white!"
Oh, so glad hubby got his jacket back.....that was a very nice gesture by that good Samaritan. I love this shot in B&W.....it gives it that gritty biker feeling...;-))

Congratulations on getting that jacket back!
I tried your pear-orange smoothie and even took a picture of it! It was very tasty!
So good that John's jacket has been returned!
