It was an ‘at sea day’ today on the way to Northern Japan and the weather was only ‘force 5’ on the Beaufort scale.
A wonderful day that mixed in a Line Dance class where a rather large lady backed into me too often!
The Captain was at the front of another introduction to the current leg of this Cruise. We had some happy cocktails and ended up in the Restaurant where John had some really rare steak and I had “Maine Lobster’ which tasted like NZ crayfish. Offered at the end, Grappa and Cognac’! Can’t believe it!
Three good things:
1. Another wonderful show after this Cognac’ked enthusiasm! The staff all give John as good as he gives - a lot of imaginative story’s!
2. I tried shots of people in their evening dress - I need a little bit more experience - inside and at night. But this one worked!
3. Still ricocheting off the walls!
Didn't they scrub up well !! -- Very elegant -- you are having some wonderful fun time there Maggiemae in spite of the storm and then the big fat lady bumping into you in line dancing !!
And elegant looking couple that seems to be going to the opera instead of going to… An event on a ship. I would say you are doing very well with your inside night shots.
If you keep richochet-ing you'll be covered in bruises. I suspect everyone looked very elegant in their formal gowns and it was a great evening. If a cruise wasn't on the sea I'd love to go on one - you're making it sound very inviting but unfortunately I don't have sea legs at all!
Shot. How about a selfie in your fancy get up?? Line dancing seems fraught but keep on ricocheting off those walls not people.
Well, there seems to be one in every situation, Joyce!
