A traveller

I plucked up enough courage to ask for this photo when John said… “Look Amundsen’ has just arrived! He was flattered actually to e asked but I told him to look, “GRIM” and this was the best he could come up with!

Three Good Things:
1. It was so hot overnight and we had the verandah door open with the noise blasting in of the waves but we thought it was the air conditioner working overtime to combat this! Maybe better tonight!
2. Have learnt that our prospective destination of Dutch Harbour (Unalaska) in the Aleutian Islands is held up because the Coast Guard can’t fly in till 4 hours later! John is thinking of hanging out the side on a rope for a thrill!
3. Tapas at the Bar after a very competent 1950’s concert! Prawns encased in bacon!
Boo

Good on you for asking for the photo. Good on you for taking such an excellent portrait. Good on you for your fun tags that I have just today discovered. Your food and drink sounds especially good and I want to see a picture of John hanging on that rope !
