Its easy in the Spring to use flowers for a photo but I do have to do a diary shot for these tulips. These and others round the garden, we inherited when we bought the property 6 years ago so its good to see them survive!
Good on the Black... oh,that feature is no longer - I thought but found out it wasn't on my Macbook Air but it was on my iMac - bigger computer!
Three good things:
1. Our house presently has scents from, daffodils in the kitchen, wallflowers on the dining room table and hyacinths on the coffee table.
2. Knowing that others have sleepless nights like mine, is a great relief.
3. John fixed the door catch on a caravan cupboard so that the smoked paprika won’t leap out, leave red stuff on the counter and lie on the floor looking smug!
A lovely bunch of tulips Maggiemaae and they do look lovely on black . Pleased that John fixed your vans cupboard door -- nothing worse than paprika all over the place !!
Yes the black feature is still alive & they look great on that. It's exciting when you buy a new place waiting to see what pops up in the Spring! Love that your paprika has its own decadent lifestyle! I know sleepless nights are completely normal!
@maggiemae The books say to use Live View when close up. Haven't done that myself but might be something else to check. Are you able to tell the camera the point of focus? I don't know which camera you are using. Good luck!
@gooner46 Yes I can select, wide, centre and flexible but what I've just found while answering your comment that on certain automatically set functions, the focus goes to wide! So a new learning. Better to keep to manual.
You definitely make me laugh. Such a pretty photo. I love it on black on my mac. Sounds like you are enjoying your caravan and fixing what needs to be fixed. Yes, as we get older sleepless nights happen. We make up for them by sleeping in the morning a bit. FAV
Hate when paprika pulls those shenanigans!!!
good on John for teaching the smoked paprika a lesson!
#2 Sleepless nights are normal here...
