The Stage by maggiemae

The Stage

This was influenced by the challenge ‘fiveplustwo-cinema. I suppose its supposed to be a film but the stage presentation took my imagination.
This is me - or just the face of me, on the stage. The body is somebody else's!
Done with 'faceinhole' app.
The stage was originally a concert stage where I played ukulele and john shot it from the audience. I have eliminated the players (sorry Ukulele Group) and placed me there.

Three good things;
1. I don’t think ballerinas danced with their glasses on but who cares!
2. I almost lost this photo because my computer hung up (couldn’t cope with my processing) but eventually found it in the trash! Phew! It took a lot of work.
3. The really thick lawns got done by our lawn mowing company - he had to clean out the mower all the time!
Hey, you could have taken care of the lawn as Burt did in 'the world's fastest indian' :-)

@bill_fe I could have lit a bonfire on the lawn, Bill - its SO wet!

Great for the theme! I see "your" 15 min of fame!
October 4th, 2016
Very creative. How old were you in this shot?
October 4th, 2016
@kiwichick Its only my face here, Lesley - that was taken about a year or so ago - the body - who knows!
October 4th, 2016
Very creative! And very clever too.
October 4th, 2016
It was hard to see on my screen, but I wondered if it was a young photo of your face :)

I have not a clue Maggie how you did this, you are so clever with the editing & it's amazing when I read of you removing this & adding that I am lost! This is a really lovely picture & I never recognised you as the ballet dancer! Just thought it was all a genuine photo of a ballet you had been too!

Ukulele player one day, ballerina the next, the magic of editing knows no limits. 12 out of 10 for effort.
October 4th, 2016
@happypat The face is a bit far away to see me, Pat. I used a stage that I had taken a photo of with an audience looking on! The processing was a bit painstaking but I had to stop sometime!

@jaffacakes Thanks for your encouragement!

There is no end to the imagination in the Wonderful World Of Maggiemae! This must have taken a while to put together but it looks great. Now, I'm off to find Swan Lake on YouTube.
October 6th, 2016
