On a hot walk around this rural Canadian area oddly called Chelsea when all the roads are named in French. This house was on a corner and shows exactly why our son and DIL called their nearby place “Komorebi’ The Japanese meaning: refers to the sunlight shining through the leaves of trees, creating a sort of dance between the light and the leaves.
Three good things;
1. From the wonderful and supporting comments on my last posting - I felt confident enough to take some more photos of granddaughter.
2. I never knew my son was allergic to egg white! What a naughty mum I was! Good thing is I have learnt now, Apparently the most common allergy.
3. John says he is allergic to me……..gets all hot and googly eyed!
What a beautiful place!
My daughter's friend and her family live in Chelsea, Quebec. Could be the same place. unless there are more places with the same name.
@gijsje This was the name chosen by my son and his wife for their place in Chelsea,Bep! There wouldn't be another. But this house is just a neighbours!
@maggiemae
A misunderstanding, Maggie; I just noticed that your son and my daughter's friend are living in the same village (or is it a city, Chelsea?)
Well maggie he probably wasn't allergic when he lived with you, you would definitely have known so I'm sure you are excused! These trees are incredibly beautiful. To live there must be amazing!
Quite beautiful! We too have a lovely play of light and shadow in the trees behind our house. LOL on the three good things- Jeff is not allergic to me- I tell him that I am allergic to him!
love your 3 good things - ha ha
