The Flag by maggiemae

The Flag

I was stuck between an architectural shot from absolutely miles away and an evening sunset from a coloured sky. Chose this one..

Took it for the flag which was just a tiny dot in the sky.
Three good things:
1. A rest day which was a good idea, John was tired and I worried about his heart.. Turned out to be no problem..
2. Had an exercise in the gym …along with a girl on a walker who was talking to a distant friend - there was the word, “like’ several times in each sentence.
3. Thunder On The Right! … A Mary Stewart book I just loved! But there was!
Awesome shot

This is a great architectural capture of contrasts...love the stonework and architectural details of the older first building...great lines in the second building.

@sailingmusic that was what caught my eye at first - probably a smoke or steam behind this building!
