John had to go down to the medical laboratory for another blood test so I planned my excursion under the bridges of Paris (aka Oamaru). It proved more than satisfactory with a little bit of sun coming out between clouds. The stream-side plants have grown so well!

Three Good Things;
1. He was faster than me! The nurse must have stuck the needle in, sucked, then said - you’re free to go!
2. Red cod is as good as blue cod when you cook it so gently! And 1/4 the price!
3. So enjoyed watching an old movie on our new TV - with, believe it or not, Frank Sinatra and Doris Day! Wonderful songs and the quality not too bad!
