’ve found it is 150 steps right round our garden …and on the way I stopped at one of the lavender bushes. Always bees there! My old camera beat the new one hands down!
The clock on this camera still refuses to keep the right day and time! I've reset it every day!
Three Good things:
1. Love it when I stand in the middle of the lounge and say silently to myself, what will I do now? ( others equally retired are so busy, they get grumpy)
2. I can now actually do up my trousers now…a long way from finishing though!
3. Captain Pugwash (our motorhome) got his WOF today. It’ll be my turn soon!
@maggiemae I seem to remember asking you this once before and as you can see have forgotten what it was already! We may not have anything like that here
@ludwigsdiana My old camera is Sony -DSC-HX400V and the new one is a Fujifilm X-T20 (mirrorless) and 4 times the price of the Sony! But the Sony developed a flashing error sign which won't go away and I learnt its a lens failure. However it still performs brilliantly!
Oh dear I do laugh at your 3GT....you are so right....we can be far too busy when we retire...that’s all that Harry bothers about when we move...’what will we do all day?’ What we want I reply, perhaps he will be so much relaxed & not so much grass to mow, he might stay awake when he sits down! My trousers are getting tighter! MOT over here! Couldn’t think what that was for..googled & it’s just boring old Ministry of Transport certificate for road worthiness.
@happypat It'll take a while to adjust but in reality, something happens every day and because you have the time, you enjoy it so much more. No rushing! If you don't have a current WOF here you can't claim insurance and you can't sell vehicles!
A lovely image from your ‘old’ camera. I can remember getting our very first (b&w) tv as a kid and Captain Pugwash was the first programme I saw!!! Great name for your van.
What is WOF?
