Peachy

Playing with just one peach and my picmonkey textures finished it up to my satisfaction.
Thankful for:
District nurse came today and diagnosed my wound was healing well and had a layer of skin over the top. They ‘discharged’ me from the system but I felt this layer of skin was so thin and vulnerable that I covered it even though they said it could be left open to the air. If I even lightly bumped it, it would break this very tender skin!

@salza I just touched part of this new skin and it almost split so I'm covering it for a few more days - or weeks. Can now take a shower though! Yippee!

@pistache Yes, three months now, Clare. The nurses didn't seem that amazed - they must deal with a lot of ulcers in old people. I'm not one of those!

@happypat I'm covering it with dressings until the skin gets a bit thicker, Pat. Not risking anything! Its funny - when I was handling the wound situation as well as the facial neuralgia, people said -"How well you are looking"! Needless to say, I didn't elaborate!
