I got this recipe some years ago and planned to have it for this season. First layer, iceberg lettuce sliced; second layer, frozen peas, 3rd, sliced mushrooms, 4th, chopped hard-boiled eggs, The final layer is half sour cream and half mayonnaise.

It is so delicious you can't stop eating it. This was purely for our New Years dinner for two!
I thought this was a variation on prawn cocktail at first but the supposedly prawns are mushrooms! Cooked I presume or perhaps raw? Looks very tempting!
@louannwarren What else would you put into it? I think there is cheese in this recipe but I didn't put that in. Suppose you could put tomatoes and cucumber in as well!
