There are so many things wrong with this picture! LOL! But all the crappy processing did make it better than it was. Hah! Had to post it just to set a bad example. =)
@yonnie LOL! 1. The background is such a mess, full of clutter and distractions like the big white spot which is blown out sky. I just couldn't get a good angle on that rose and bud. 2. I couldn't get a good focus on the whole rose, so the underside is not as sharp and crisp as I'd like. Make sense? I do appreciate your comments, Yvonne! I'm glad you think it's beautiful. Since you pointed out what you think is wrong with the image, I see it. My eye is now drawn to the white sky. Before I read anything though, my first reaction was to the lovely flower - its softness and colors.
