Time to prepare for tropical storm Elsa. She'll arrive in our area about 2 PM today and stick around until tomorrow afternoon. Local weather predicts up to 50 MPH wind gusts and up to four inches of rain within a 12-hour time slot. No word about any hail or tornados, but all this could change by 2 PM. Always hope for the best outcome with these things.
