My get pushed partner,Yvonne @yvonneknitsknots , wants to see "pictures that emphasize color in nature." Well...I have a number of real nature shots I've taken, but I also have decided that, inspired by Laurie's @luvmynynix rainbow month, to do one of my own -- with a stripe of B&W down the middle on Thursdays. Tuesdays will be orange and I didn't have time to search further for orange nature shots, but this morning my eyes landed on this fake flower sitting up on a shelf in the office. I brought it down to the window sill, so you can see a bit of the real outdoors in the background.
Aww, you are so sweet to say that! It is off to a fantastic start with this bright orange beauty! Love that the flower is fake and the background is real!! :) I found orange to be the most difficult for some reason! I'll be following along! Can't wait!
@vignouse Thanks. I've seen several people now who have done a rainbow month. I don't know if I could get as brilliant a one with full frame color. And I hope my B&W stripe will look ok. We'll see.
@leephotoofyork Thanks. this one reminded me of my childhood. It had some fabric material, but was mostly plastic. That's what most fake flowers were back then. Silk/fabric flowers really are a big improvement.
