Gone With the Wind

My get pushed challenge from Jules @juleshoogstraanderson was motion blur. A couple days ago I got a squirrel on the run:

but it was not a good photo. Today I hoped to get pictures of Dan's cat Nelo playing with a feather dangle toy. But she wasn't interested. I took her outside hoping to at least get her doing her usual ecstatic roll-around-on-the-sidewalk routine, but instead she just walked around sniffing and nibbling, and she didn't move fast enough to get much blur. (Oh, I got any number of tail-in-motion shots, but they were pretty boring) In the end I used a couple of shots I got inside that I had considered mistakes, but I liked them better than what I had been aiming for. Other shot posted here:

@juleshoogstraanderson Jules, here is a response to your challenge.

Wow taking on animals for this challenge would have been incredibly hard and I think you did a good job. I can totally tell that a cat has run by you within your blurred motion with its tail. I even think the squirrel was a good shot too. Well done with this challenge.
