Other name: “Surprise Lily” — I’m too lazy to look up it’s Latin name. Half hidden in the overhanging bush as its blossoms open. Using this for today’s Make30 prompt of “Rule of Thirds.”

A lovely close up of the leaves with the toothed edges and graceful flower. This is what I think of when I hear the term surprise lily. https://www.etsy.com/listing/190807224/2-bareroot-red-surprise-lily so the leaves are a surprise to me.
