What A Difference A Day Makes_DSC5117

Today was a very different day, over 20 degrees cooler than yesterday and grey and drizzly. As a result we saw very few birds today.
The area around the Eyre Bird Observatory was decimated by a huge bushfire in January. Many of the trees have started to shoot again. The rain really brought out the colours in the tree trunks.
It looks like a monster )))) хо-хо

Great textures in this and I like your composition. So sad to see the destruction, though.

Great picture, love the focus on the burnt tree with the shallow depth of field.

Wonderful focus and detail on the burnt trees. Amazing how they re-grow after going through a bushfire.
