Prickly Pear Cactus

I'd spotted this little group of cactus back a month of so ago behind a stand of trees and been watching for them to open. This week they finally did - at least a few of them. From where they are hidden, I don't imagine many will get to enjoy them.

Beautiful capture...some of ours also opened. I got two shots but I haven't had time to go through my stuff yet to see if they're any good. I love the two tone colour on this one.
