Found this - what I think is a Red Shouldered Hawk - sitting atop the highline pole near the dam - didn't think I could get too much of a shot that high and grey skies, but he did fair. Haven't seen many hawks this year.
When we have bad weather there isn't a thing we can do about it....Your shot turned out rather well considering the circumstances....Lets pray for sunshine one more time!
