Down at the local park by the river, they'd set up inflatable water slides, snow cones, hot dog stands, a country music band, children's face painting, and a turtle and frog race. This was the winning frog - who escaped right after this shot and got under the slide - much scrambling to retrieve him! So many smiles on the kids' faces.
