2015-10-18 rainbow-billed Tucan

Weekend with my whole family in the French region of Switzerland. Today we visited the international watch museum in La-Chaux-de-Fonds and the tropical gardens Papiliorama and Nocturama in Kerzers, who are home to plants and animals from the tropics.

There is a day and night rainforest full of life and activity. Countless animal species enliven the jungle where a large variety of plants species can be found. Freely roaming toucans, pink spoonbills, iguanas and many more species can be seen here. I captured in this picture my brother-in-law Ch., taking a mobile phone picture from a free roaming rainbow-billed toucan (Ramphastos sulfuratus).
I'm all in favour of a different photo and this is just compositionally wonderful! fav
