2016-08-09 darkest magic

I found inspiration in this apple and it guided me to the darkest magic and a poisoned apple still life.

Who would not think of Grimm’s fairy tale Snow White (Schneewittchen), when finding such a special coloured apple.

Nice to say these are trinkets, other people call it dust collectors, knick-knack, paraphernalia... and its true, I have such a lot of "stuff" (antique books, seeds, shells, stones, vintage apothecary stuff, bottles, vases...) I collected over the years. At least I can use them now for my still lifes, when I'm uninspired otherwise. :-)
