As Ann @olivetreeann said, that the interpretation of the second "flash-of-red-2023" week “Found Objects Art” is wide-open, and I struggle to really "get it", I will make it that way --> wide open.
Remember that little girl, that has so many found objects in her pockets, from a little fossil, to a snail shell and in between a nice piece of broken glass? well thats me and it hadn't gotten better with age. I still pick-up a lot of plastic to despose, and on the other side I bring home, to much "treasures", and can't let them go. So there is always a lot of dusting to do. But this week I can finally bring to stage, what strange "found objects" being accumulated in my home.
These coastal finds are from Norway (male reindeer antler), Canada NFLD (little skate egg case), New Zealand (peebles of my favorite beach, Spirula-Spirula from a species of deep-water squid and a bubble-gum-machine-plastic-ring with a red heart (found by my husband and it served as memory for our engagement) Concerning the plastic ring, see also: http://365project.org/mona65/365/2021-02-14
This very much embodies the idea of this challenge I think. I too collect "objects of note" on my walks. Such wonderful memories they carry with them for us to relive.
