A few weeks ago, we had some lovely, hot weather and I sat outside to read a good book. Next to me, a large Skink courageously mounted the curb and sunned itself. Quietly, I took its photograph a few times and then it bolted across the walkway and to the other curb; where I took a few more snaps.

Hahahaha! I had to reread the line about "bolted across the walkway" a few times. I thought the proximity of the Skink creeped you out and *you* bolted across the walkway! Hahahahaha. Gotta get my prescription checked!
@beteljooz hahaha! Oh, you're funny! I love lizards... and this little guy was just funny that way he creeped out and was so hesitant when I turned slowly and photographed him.
Lizards never know what to do when there's a camera pointed at them, so they just freeze and hope we go away. :)
