Busy Closed Road

Yesterday, the road outside Mum and Dad's place was closed off. Yep, the guys were working overtime to get some work done.

And not only are they working on getting stormwater drains replaced under the road, but they are also putting in a traffic-slowing island just where the yellow machine is in the first photo on the left... about time too as this is a main road.

@bkbinthecity @digitalrn Now, I'm unable to access their house... talk about inconvenient! So, it looks like I'll have to wait until the weekend to see what I can do about getting in and working on the place.
