It was quite the site seeing Jeff work with his crew to bring down this very tall (80 foot) pine tree in my neighbours yard. They lowered large branches with ropes one at a time and then dropped the tree perfectly between 2 sheds and a house on the other side. The ground shook when it hit. It was very impressive.
Oh I love the fact that we'd actually face-to-face discussed this and now you're posting the photo! So nice to be back in your beautiful neighbourhood! (Is this going to possibly afford you a better view?
Very cool! He looks quite safe up there, and like he knows what he is doing! I'm finding that as I'm getting older, I no longer want to climb trees with a chain saw...I do think about it though. Its takes more money when one ages to get the same things done, I'm learning.
@Weezilou I am glad to have you back here in Nova Scotia Louise. :)
And YES, I now have a better view, and in order to appreciate it, I'd have to climb on my roof to see anything worth photographing. But last night I was able to see the moon from my bedroom window, which was nice. :)
