It is so nice to see all the flowers in the summer. The colours are so vivid and capture my attention.

Most thistles do seem to be very pretty, though some are quite sharp. We have one here called star thistle that absolutely keeps my hubby buying new bike tire tubes in spite of have teflon liners.
