I found this shot very challenging to take, because I don't really like pictures of myself, but I do like how this one turned out. I used a mirror to capture my reflection in, then I stacked a couple of books on the shelf in front of me, set the camera on it, tried to focus on my eye, set the timer and hoped for the best. Then I and cropped the camera out of the shot. I used Lightroom to sharpen my eye and voilà!
