Mexican Navy tall ship The ARM Cuauhtémoc in Halifax

This tall ship was in Halifax all weekend and allowed visitors on board during the day. It was fascinating to see such a magnificent ship in port.

More info on her visit to Halifax in the attached link: http://www.metronews.ca/news/halifax/2016/05/12/mexican-tall-ship-docks-in-halifax-too-much-fanfare.html

What a beautiful ship, and how fun that folks were able to board and have a look around. I love your choice of processing! Thanks for providing the link to the interesting article. The Visiting Ship Program is a really neat idea for all involved!

Beautiful processing and point of view Nova, thanks for the interesting link, I don't mind working at heights but standing in the rigging on a moving ship is not for me:)

Thanks for your kind words and fav, it was a nice surprise to see it on the PP & TP. :)

@onewing Babs, I did not go aboard, as I don't have 'sea legs' and I'm sure with my continued balance problem I'd be taking pictures from an unusual angle. :)

@pcoulson I've seen some of the amazing shots when the ship sailed in with 100 (or so) sailors standing on the rigging, it's an amazing sight and one I wish I could have captured. I'm all for dry land these days.
