I really love experimenting with the different processing options in BeFunky. This outcome was an unexpected but pleasant surprise when I applied the Gouache effect to the original shot of Lucy's toy. The filmstrip frame added a nice touch to the abstract. You would never know this was the same picture as yesterday's original!
@nadaa Thanks Nada! It's a really fun site and the "free" parts are quite extensive! @kerristephens Thank you Kerri! @mrssmith Thank you Carla! @pandorasecho Thanks Dixie! I agree- I was really surprised at what this effect did and at first I was going to post something else. But I liked it because it was so different.
@daisy Thanks Kathryn! That is definitely what I'm aiming for- to have a week's worth of shots for each subject that look very different from one another.
Thanks Dione, Rick and Andy! Wow Andy, I'm not sure how it got so swallowed up by the effect but I hadn't thought of it looking sinister! Interesting interpretation!
Absolutely right..it changed the picture completely.when looking closely I see a face in it. look at the roundness on top for the head..then the eyes, nose. the mouth is a little too far to the left. but still.
@karenann Thank you Karenann- yes I really liked what happened with it- totally unexpected! @bruni Thanks Bruni! That's cool that you can turn it into your own picture- a sign of good art is that it encourages imagination! @prttblues Thanks Bev! In some ways I was hoping to do that with each processing, but it didn't always work out like that!
I like the "negative" effect.
@kerristephens Thank you Kerri!
@mrssmith Thank you Carla!

Thank you Vickie and Henri. I think at the end of this month I'll have to call it Adventures in Processing!
