@maggiemae Thanks Maggie! For years we used margarine- not because we liked it better but because of the "cholesterol" scare. I think I have a pound on me for everyone of those years. Yucky stuff in margarine that your body doesn't digest. Now I'm paying for that lack of knowledge! Butter is definitely better!! @taffy Thanks Taffy! I think it's the processing- used a cartoon effect on this one because it was slightly out of focus and I was too lazy to reshoot it! It brightened up the colors quite a bit!
Nothing like real butter ... butter is definitely better (especially unsalted). I use Smart Balance, too - no hydrogenated oils, low sodium and the taste is quite similar to butter.
