Rainbow on the Wall

This is certainly not a prize winning photo, but with Hurricane Irene bringing us rainy weather for the next three days, there will be no sunlight to shoot it again. So, it will have to do for the rainbow theme. I noticed it dancing on the wall yesterday while talking on the phone with a friend. It was made by a prism hanging in my window.

@elizabeth @bruni @kerristephens @jmj Thank you Elizabeth, Bruni, Kerri and Jennifer. I did manage to catch the colors of the rainbow, but the wall color is actually white and I think it would have made a better background color. But this will do.

@olivetreeann I've discovered in Microsoft the colour editing has a function "enhance colour" ... if I click on it and then on the area that I know to be white in the picture it will adjust ... this is how I've done my white background turtles. They're on white paper so ... I "enhance" the colour and get something quite true to the original.

@elizabeth Thanks for the tip Elizabeth. I don't have Microsoft, but I'm sure my HP Photosmart or Picnik probably have something similar. So I will go hunting the next time I'm playing with processing.

This is wonderful and a great idea if I do say so myself! haha! I took a picture that is similar to this one . I don't know if I will post it or something else though .
