In spite of my best intentions to get to the supermarket yesterday and purchase some yams so that I could do a May inspired anagram, time and commitments denied me the ability to do so! So late last night, just before I drifted off to bed, I took a black and white shot of the calendar with some processing in mind. I couldn't get the puzzle pieces exactly how I wanted them, but some fiddling with the exposure revealed a few more of them hiding in the black spaces, and that was a nice surprise. So you may not be getting a word puzzle for today's anagram, but at least you're getting a puzzle for the Mad 4 May challenge.
It's actually quite simple- Ribbet has an effect called "Puzzle Pieces". Once applied to your photo you can randomize the pieces (have them moved) and change the background color. I think I also threw some cross processing and posterize effects on too.
Thank you Sally, Nicole, Rick, Dione, Kerri, Smitha, Dixie, Henri, Carla and Kathryn!
This was a fun one to experiment with but I found out yesterday what I thought was a cool streak of light running across the original shot was actually my lens cover not fully opening. Uh-oh it looks like my little p&s Canon is showing signs of wear and tear! And not quite sure what to do about it either.

Thanks Bev! Desperation can be a huge motivating factor!
Thanks Vickie!
