The one I'm happiest with! Shot as it was- no arranging- in bright sunlight. Played with the exposure in Ribbet to get it exactly where I wanted it. What does it mean? The living room is painted! Now on to the trim.
Thank you all for your views and comments! For those who asked- It was shot in b/w. There are two fans (helping to dry the paint); one round pointing directly up at the ceiling, the other leaning against the wall (before paint) blowing across the room. The ladder is standing perpendicular to the fan against the wall and next to the fan facing upward. I slightly over exposed the initial shot and then brought it up another notch in post processing. After that I also brought out the "shadows" which gave it the black accents. The beverage of choice yesterday was iced tea (nice and cold and unsweetened!). Between the heat and humidity the temperature felt like it was over 100 degrees! Supposedly it was in the 90's- not much difference on my tolerance meter! Thankfully today the humidity is much lower, so although it's still hot, it is much more bearable.
