I've been taking some pictures of different details in our stained glass windows for an upcoming speaker at our women's group. I'm always surprised to find a detail or two I don't usually see when I look at the windows full length when I'm taking close-ups of the different sections. This small panel is a case in point. From afar it looks like a pile of rocks, but as you can see upon closer inspection, the "rocks" have little crosses carved in them. The vignette around the edges is actually part of the design and not a frame, but it really makes the pattern jump out at you.
Thank you Timothy, Northy, Yao, Dione, Rick, Kerri, and Henri!
