Color in between the Lines

The weather was warm today- a nice change after the colder days last week. But I know it won't last, so I took a few moments to seek out an interesting composition in the back yard. I was intrigued by the way the stark black lines of the rake boxed in the colors in the background. I'm not quite sure what is so colorful back there- the leaves have long since lost their fall colors. I must have altered something while I was processing this in Ribbet.
