Cranberry Bog in Black and White

I've been working on some of my shots in black and white with the plan to use them on a calendar. I took this one at the Tannersville Cranberry Bog last month. It's funny how the black and white really brings out the gray of the day. In reality it was great lighting for the bog as the sun tends to wash everything out. But the looks of this shot is deceiving. It really wasn't that dark!

No need to comment- I'm catching up with empty spaces on my calendar with archive shots.
